Shipping
Free shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States. No minimum order required.
Standard delivery is 2–4 weeks after your order is dispatched. Please note that items transferring from our US warehouse to Canada may require an additional 1–2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
White glove delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. This includes delivery to your room of choice and removal of packaging.
Please note that some large items may require additional lead time. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.
Returns
We want you to love your Kömfi piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Items must not show signs of use or damage
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
- Collaboration pieces and limited edition items are not eligible for return
To initiate a return contact us at support@komfi.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange collection and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
